sanırm bunun çözümü windowstan bişey yüklemen lazım ..yani "Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable" gibi bişe olması lazım ..son versiyonunu indirip güncelliyeceksin pc de bunu ..araçtır bunu ben öle halletmiştim ..
